In order to qualify for the T-Mobile Connect Heroes for first responder network support, you must maintain active employees in one of the following:

  • Police, fire, or EMS first responders
  • Public safety or law enforcement command
  • Police, sheriff, fire, or emergency medical services
  • Police or fire field command
  • Police or fire dispatch
  • 9-1-1 call centers
